  1. History and conversation

Why you contacted me and how I can help. I gather information about your history, recent and past, and about any assessments and treatments you have had or are having.

  2. Observation

Static and dynamic assessment of the body as a whole, of individual body segments, of the spinal pivots and of the main muscle chains.

  3. Assessment and tests

Active and passive tests, systems review, osteopathic tests and, where needed, specific tests for referral to another specialist.

  4. Treatment

Manual therapy, therapeutic exercise and breathing exercises.

  5. Conclusions and advice

We take stock together. If needed, I give you exercises and advice to follow until the next check-up. When useful, I send a report to the doctor or professional who referred you, or with whom we share your care.

Working in a network

I don't work alone.

Doctors and other health professionals refer their patients to me for an assessment, and when a case requires it I consult sports doctors, orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, nutritionists and sports psychologists, always with your consent.
