Booking and payment terms

1. Booking

Book from the Book page, on WhatsApp (+39 340 182 1684) or by writing to info@francescopalvarini.com. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation with day, time and location or link. I reply within one working day.

2. Duration and prices

First sessions and follow-ups last 40 minutes. The prices in force are those shown on the Book page at the time of booking. Companies, off-site sessions and tailored projects follow the agreed quote.

3. Payment

• clinic sessions: paid at the clinic, at the end of the session;
• online consultations and programmes: paid by card when booking, through a secure payment link; after payment you receive the video call link;
• you receive an invoice for every service.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• you can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment;
• with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, the session is due in full; online consultations already paid are not refunded, but if you let me know I can offer to reschedule once;
• if I have to reschedule or cancel, I offer you a new date or, for consultations already paid, a full refund, as you prefer;
• arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the session, with no reduction in price.

5. Minors

For minors, consent signed by both parents or by whoever holds parental responsibility is required, and a parent must attend the session or online consultation.

6. Forms

At your first clinic session you sign the agreement and informed consent; for online consultations you confirm the video consultation consent; for exercise programmes the prevention and recovery consent. You receive the texts when you book.
